JUNS#11 Tracy Arm Fjord Cruise - 8 Hours
Journey through one of the most dramatic sites in the world - Tracy Arm Fjord. This narrow fjord twists and turns for over 30 miles, culminating in a spectacular view of the twin tidewater Sawyer Glaciers. Your captain will navigate as close as the ice floe allows, stopping for an extended stay at the face of the glacier. Watch for seals relaxing on the icebergs, bald eagles soaring above the cliffs and many other animals that call this area home. Learn about the natural history of the fjord, its glaciers and the wildlife from our onboard naturalist. Gain insights into Tlingit Native culture. Enjoy a hot lunch during your journey. Overcast days will not dampen your enjoyment as clouds and mist only heighten the drama of the fjord and intensify the glacial blue color. The m/v Keet catamaran was specially designed for this voyage, featuring two spacious levels with wraparound windows for unobstructed views. You can remain warm and dry inside the heated cabins or experience nature on the open upper deck.

JUNS#12 Ford's Terror & Dawes Glacier Cruise - 10 Hours
Cruise to Ford's Terror and Endicott Arm's Dawes Glacier. Ford's Terror is located 60 miles southeast of Juneau. It is named after a US Navy crewman who, in 1889, rowed a small boat into the narrow entrance of the granite fjord at low tide. When the tide rose, water was forced through the bottleneck entrance to the fjord, trapping Ford in its violent waves and massive colliding icebergs for six "terrifying" hours! While it probably won't evoke fear, a visit to Ford's Terror today will certainly prove to be a humbling and dramatic adventure. Experiencing the contrast between the fjord's sharp granite cliffs and Endicott Arm's gentle shoreline will only enhance the feeling of awe.

JUNS#13 Mendenhall River Rafting / 4 Hours
An adventure awaits you as you paddle out onto Mendenhall Lake near the face of the majestic Mendenhall Glacier in the Tongass National Forest. Your journey takes you on an exciting ride down the Mendenhall River, which flows from the glacier. A sense of adventure, film for your camera and an appreciation of natural beauty and cultural history are all that you'll need. Join the adventure and paddle along with your guide, or sit back and let us do the work as you take in the spectacular scenery. Our guides provide narration on the legends and landscapes of the area. We provide rain gear, boots, and life jackets.

JUNS#14 Admiralty Island Sea Kayak Touring / 6 Hours
Sea kayak along the awe-inspiring Inside Passage. With the snow-capped Chilkat Mountains as a backdrop, you may see bald eagles, sea birds, seals and the occasional whale in the waters north of Juneau. You'll feel the exhilaration of seeing the world from the water's level. This active adventure tour gets you out and paddling. Our guides provide incredible insite into the natural environment surrounding you. No experience is necessary. We use stable two-person kayaks and provide you with spray skirts, life jackets, rain gear and boots and a hearty snack.

JUNS#15 Glacier Helicopter Flightseeing / 1 Hour
This tour is approximately 1 hour in length including 25-30 minutes flight time and 15-20 minutes on the glacier with the pilot as the glacier guide. This tour is a pilot's choice in the sense that our pilots have autonomy as to the landing area and flight routes used as a single helicopter for a more remote peaceful Alaskan experience. An additional 45 minutes each direction for transportation and outfitting is required

JUNS#16 Helicopter Adventure Flightseeing / 2 Hours
This tour 50-60 minutes flight time that enables passengers to view more of the immense Juneau Icefield when weather permits. This tour takes you deep into the Juneau Icefield and lands in one of our permitted areas. A large portion of the 1500 square mile Juneau Icefield may be observed enroute. Weather permitting an alternate route returning to the airport provides additional scenic possibilities. Our pilots provide custom flights. A 15-minute walk supplements the narrated flight over the glacier with our pilot/guide who can answer additional questions or will use your camera to take photos of you and your friends. We provide transportation to and from the ship docks or selected downtown locations as needed. An additional 45 minutes each direction for transportation and outfitting is required

JUNS#17 Sled Dog Tour / 3 Hours
For a "once in a lifetime" experience. You will be transported to the heliport where you will start this very special adventure. The helicopter flight is only one part of this legendary experience that includes flying over the Juneau Ice Field to the dog camp, a kennel tour and the dogsled ride. When you take off, glaciers are seemingly within arm's reach. Glacier-carved mountains will unfold in front of your eyes as you embark on your flight to the camp. When you arrive at your destination, you will share this adventure with 80 Alaskan huskies and hear unique personal accounts of the Iditarod, back country experiences and have an opportunity to ask questions.

JUNS#18 Floatplane Sightseeing Tour & Salmon Bake / 4 Hours
Board your float plane on downtown Juneau's waterfront for a scenic 45 minute flight over Juneau's 1,500 square mile icecap. View huge, jagged cracks and crevasses, and the beautiful blue color of glacial ice. For a unique adventure, add a wilderness salmon bake to your flightseeing tour at Taku Wilderness Lodge.

JUNS#19 Juneau City & Glacier Tour / 3 Hours
Learn about Juneau's past and present as your motorcoach takes you through downtown Juneau, Alaska's capital city. Stop at DIPAC Salmon Hatchery to learn about the life cycle of the salmon. The tour continues on to Mendenhall Glacier where you'll have time to view all the exhibits at the US Forest Service Visitor Center and Observatory, walk the trail to photo point, and just take in the magnificence of this glacier situated in Juneau's back yard.

JUNS#21 Helicopter Heli Hiking / 4 Hours
Join us for an adventure of a lifetime on our popular heli-hiking tour. Located just outside the Denali National Park boundaries, our hiking area offers unlimited rolling hills, tundra ridgelines, and spectacular vistas of Alaska. Personally guided by a local naturalist guide, you are dropped off after a short helicopter flight to the open wilderness of Alaska's backcountry. There you and your guide will spend the day interpreting the flora and fauna of the area and possibly view wildlife in its natural habitat. Limited to small groups under 12, your customized tour will leave you with a new appreciation for Alaska. Snack provided.

JUNS#22 Glacier Trekking / 7 Hours
This trek is an Alaskan glacier adventure that includes four hours hiking and climbing over the rugged terrain of the glacier. Upon landing, the guide teaches the basics of glacier travel and then leads your group on an exploration of the most pristine and remote areas of the glacier. Opportunities for adventure photos abound as you are introduced to and practice basic climbing and rope techniques enabling you to safely climb and descend the ice walls. The amount of walking is extensive and often on steep terrain with some technical climbing. No previous experience is necessary however you should be comfortable hiking 3-4 miles over varied and sometimes steep terrain.
