All reservations are generally subject to a written reconfirmation. Adjustments to payment terms and/or modifications to any of our published reservation policies, terms and conditions will not be permitted and/or accepted without a prior written approval from our company. Each client shall be responsible to familiarize himself with all terms and conditions before submitting a reservation or reservation request through any form of communication. The following reservation terms and conditions are considerably accepted through each client with the submission of the required deposit and or full payment on/or before the indicated due date(s) on our invoice. Any modification of confirmed reservations thereafter is subject to a written reconfirmation and to applicable service charges and/or cancellation fees. Response time may vary seasonally between 24-72 hours. Please Note: we will not accept or reply to non-completed and submitted online forms and/or requests.d

Because of the increased security on various government levels we may require additional personal information as deemed necessary to complete a reservation.

We generally do not provide third parties – including accompanying travelers - with any details of your reservation even if you authorize these. Your personal information will be used solely to complete the reservation as requested.

Due to the increasing expenses in conjunction with individual reservations we may apply a service charge of US$30.00 to any of the following reservations:
(1) All Equipment Rentals (2) Ski Passes (3) Sightseeing Tours (4) Event Tickets (5) Ferry Reservations (6) Custom Tour Arrangements - if not booked in connection with package tour reservations. Service charges are non-refundable in case of cancellation and/or tour changes. Reservations made 28 days or less prior to arrival are considered last minute reservations and may be subject to a $50.00 handling fee. The charge is intended to cover phone and fax expenses, documentation and payment processing as well as reservation fees.

All rates and services provided within the USA are quoted in US Dollar. All rates and services provided within Canada are quoted in ($) CAD Dollar - unless otherwise specified or confirmed in written. A client may request an exchange rate for any tradable currency at the time of reservation but she/he still remains responsible for any currency exchange rate increase above 5 % until the actual departure date. Currency exchange rate decreases are not affected through this policy. All other arrangements need to be confirmed in written.

The majority of our tour and travel packages are including of applicable taxes – unless otherwise stated. Applicable tax rebates for overseas visitors may be individually claimed upon departure or may be directly deducted from our invoice without the possibility to claim them after departure. Applicable tax rates are subject to change without further notice. We reserve the right to adjust confirmed rates if the current tax rates are changing.

Mandatory service charges of a third party e.g. hotel and similar accommodation provider, cruise lines, motor coach operator or similar are not included and are charged at the time of departure directly.

To guarantee your travel arrangements we require a deposit of 25 % of the total invoice amount within 10 days after receipt of our written confirmation. Thus, a limited number of suppliers may require a higher deposit and certain advertised pre-season specials must be paid in full within 10 days. Please check our invoice for details. Accepted payment forms are personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers and wire payments. Credit cards are only accepted with a supplementary processing fee of 5 %. The credit card service fee will be added to your invoice at the time of reservation.  All reservations must be paid in full 60 days prior to your arrival. Reservations made less than 60 days prior to the travel date are subject to immediate full payment of our invoice. Any service fees, bank charges or processing/transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender. Occurring charges will be charged back to the sender. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation not paid on or before the due date(s). Cancellation fees are applying.

Under no circumstances are client’s accepted/accommodated unless the full payment has been received on/or before the due date(s). We reserve the right to cancel any part - or the entire tour arrangements - if the deposit and/or balances are not paid at the due date indicated on our invoice. Unauthorized deductions from invoices or late payments may also result in an automatic cancellation. Cancellation fees are still applying according to our cancellation policy below. All cancellation fees are due immediately after receipt of the appropriate invoice and may be automatically deducted from the deposit or the balance already received.

Unused tour services or any portion thereof are non refundable. Cancellations or tour changes after the departure date are subject to applicable cancellation fees. A supplier may cancel a reservation for reasons beyond or control. All refund requests are only honored in written and within fourteen (14) days of the cancellation. Each request must be accompanied by the appropriate documentation. The refund processing time is approximately four (4) weeks.

We strongly advise every client to inform our company immediately – at the latest within 48 hours - after an incident, complication or problem occurred. Complaints after departure or delayed complaints - for whatever reason - are not honored through us. Please contact the appropriate supplier first on his toll free service line to resolve the problem.

Our RV Rental Rates – are including the services indicating on our confirmation. Rates do not include gasoline, optional insurance, road tolls, city transfers, additional driver fees, northern preparation surcharges, national park entrance fees, one-way rental fees, winterized driving equipment and child seats – unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to substitute units of a similar category or upgrade clients at our discretion and expenses - if the reserved unit is not available for any reason. Accommodation - including local and federal taxes. Specific room assignments are the sole discretion of the hotel management. Ferry Reservation – include transportation as specified for the number of people indicated on the invoice. RV space is limited to the pre-reserved overall length/height specification. If a client receives locally an RV upgrade it will be his responsibility to inform the ferry company about this immediately to ensure sufficient space at the time of departure. Additional transportation expenses may be paid prior to departure. Tour Packages: - please refer to our detailed online information. Other Arrangements – as indicated on our invoice.

All published exterior and interior RV layouts, rates, unit descriptions, images, measurements, capacity information as well as any terms thereof are subject to change without further notice and may be used through our clients as a guideline only. We cannot assume responsibility for any published information provided through a third party. Further, we also reserve the right to change and modify any of the web site contents without any prior written notice.

A valid driver license and a major credit card are mandatory for all vehicle rentals and/or the designated driver. Please Note: Due to insurance coverage requirements and applicable laws the minimum age for drivers is 25 years and the maximum age is 65 years. Some companies are accepting drivers from 21 years + if additional insurance is pre-purchased. For additional information please refer to the appropriate section on our web pages.

All flight reservations are based on a limited availability, special advance reservation purchase and/or on restricted airfares. These fares are requiring full payment within 48 hours after confirmation or at the time of reservation. All fares are non-refundable and may not be modified after a reservation is confirmed even if a particular carrier provides/published different information. Thus, we cannot assume responsibilities for any fare increase up to the departure date. Important Notice: Flight reservations in conjunction with RV reservations and/or other travel arrangements are non-refundable - even if the reservation has been cancelled through our company or any supplier for whatever reason. Please do not make any flight arrangements through us if you cannot accept these terms and restrictions.

Each client shall be solely responsible for obtaining valid travel documents, complying with customs and other regulations of the country to which they are traveling. Our company cannot accept responsibility for any problems related to/and or in obtaining these documents.

It is usually unlikely that we will make any changes to your reservation after a reservation is confirmed in written. However, because we do not own or have any control over the suppliers who will provide you with the RV rental units - we reserve the right to make reasonable minor or major changes and correct errors at any time after confirmation on: (1) website information (2) to rental agreement details (3) the departure day (4) to up/downgrades of the rental units (5) to cancel confirmed bookings due to circumstances beyond our control. We will inform you about such changes and/or cancellations immediately and as they occur. Minor changes are considered up/downgrades, changes within the reservation policies and short notice departure delays beyond our control. Clients have the following options if minor changes are occurring: (1) accept these changes (2) accept any downgrade with the appropriate price difference refund (3) accept an upgrade without paying any additional charges (4) accept departure delays with a refund of the unused rental days. Major changes are considered involuntarily cancellations through our supplier and/or our company. If this occurs we will refund all monies paid to us according to the “Refund Policy” section of these terms. Thus, further compensations are not applicable or accepted.

Once your reservation is confirmed any changes thereof up to 61 days prior to the actual travel date – e.g. pick up/drop off dates, unit size, location, primary renter etc - are subject to a changing/modification fee of $100.00 per reservation. Note: In some instances a cancellation fee may already apply. Thus, we cannot assume responsibilities for availabilities etc. We reserve the right to reject any name change if the new primary renter does not meet the rental requirements. Any modification made less than 60 days prior to the departure date are considered cancellations and are subject to cancellation fees according to our “Cancellation Policy”. Please forward any modification request in written.

We reserve the right to revise these policies at any time without further notice. The place of jurisdiction shall be the country of this company legitimate formation or the country where the actual tour/travel services are provided in.

The following cancellation (No-Show) charges are applicable to every confirmed reservation and/or voluntarily/involuntarily cancellation and due to non-payment - without exceptions. Please Remember: Accommodation and tours are usually booked far in advance especially in northern regions, national parks, during popular events and of course during the high season. Accordingly, we highly recommend obtaining sufficient cancellation insurance. Please refer to our web pages for additional information.
