 Bear Viewing on Admiralty Island
Where else can you take a scenic floatplane trip, hike in a rainforest wilderness and have an excellent opportunity to see Alaskan brown bears, and be back in a capital city in time for dinner? This one-day excursion is extraordinary! This full-day adventure begins early in the morning. From downtown Juneau we head out on a 25-minute scenic floatplane flight to the Admiralty Island National Monument. From there a Park Ranger welcomes you at the Pack Creek Brown Bear Sanctuary. A short beach walk takes us to the mouth of Pack Creek, where we see Alaskan brown bear fishing for salmon or feeding in the beach meadows. We may also take a marvelous 1.5 Mile hike through the old-growth coastal rainforest to an observation tower on upper Pack Creek. No experience is necessary, but prepare yourself for easy hiking and possible inclement weather.

 Tracy Arm Fjords Cruise
Journey through one of the most dramatic sites in the world - Tracy Arm Fjord. This narrow fjord twists and turns for over 30 miles, culminating in a spectacular view of the twin tidewater Sawyer Glaciers. Your captain will navigate as close as the ice floe allows, stopping for an extended stay at the face of the glacier. Watch for seals relaxing on the icebergs, bald eagles soaring above the cliffs and many other animals that call this area home. Learn about the natural history of the fjord, its glaciers and the wildlife from our onboard naturalist. Gain insights into Tlingit Native culture. Enjoy a hot lunch during your journey. Overcast days will not dampen your enjoyment as clouds and mist only heighten the drama of the fjord and intensify the glacial blue color. Tour 024A Icefield Excursion / 1 Hour
This tour is approximately 1 hour in length including 25-30 minutes flight time and 15-20 minutes on the glacier with the pilot as the glacier guide. This tour is a pilot's choice in the sense that our pilots have autonomy as to the landing area and flight routes used as a single helicopter for a more remote peaceful Alaskan experience. An additional 45 minutes each direction for transportation and outfitting is required.

Tour 024B Adventure Tour / 1.5 Hours
This tour is approximately 90 minutes in length, this includes 50-60 minutes flight time that enables passengers to view more of the immense Juneau Icefield when weather permits. This 1 l/2 hour total tour takes you deep into the Juneau Icefield and lands in one of our permitted areas. A large portion of the 1500 square mile Juneau Icefield may be observed enroute. Weather permitting an alternate route returning to the airport provides additional scenic possibilities. Our pilots provide custom flights. A 15 walk supplements the narrated flight over the glacier with our pilot/guide who can answer additional questions or will use your camera to take photos of you and your friends. We provide transportation to and from the ship docks or selected downtown locations as needed. An additional 45 minutes each direction for transportation and outfitting is required Minimum 3 people for this exciting tour.
