Morning departure from Anchorage for a scenic flight through the famous Lake Clark Pass. During the flight you will view the Alaska and Aleutian mountain ranges as well as Mount Iliamna and Redoubt-active volcanoes. Upon arrival at Port Alsworth you will be transferred to our lodge for one night stay. In the evening enjoy a delicious dinner at our lodge. The next morning we fly you and your gear to your starting point at Summit Lake for Tlikikila River or Twin Lakes for Chilikadrotna River. At our pre-arranged date we pick you up at end point. North end of Lake Clark for Tlikikila River or Maribou Landing for Chilikadrotna River. Stay an additional night at our lodge, take a hot shower and enjoy a hearty dinner before flying back the next day to Anchorage.
Our lodge is located at Hardenberg Bay on the southeast shore of beautiful Lake Clark. Port Alsworth is the headquarters for the Lake Clark National Park. Overnight accommodation in modern cabins that are spacious and immaculately clean. All meals are served family style in the main lodge and include delicious dishes such as prime rib, turkey, and of course the "catch of the day". Fresh baked breads, vegetables grown in the garden and home baked pastries are just part of what makes your stay such an unforgettable experience. |
