JS#1 Tracy Arm Fjords Cruise

Journey through one of the most dramatic sites in the world - Tracy Arm Fjord. This narrow fjord twists and turns for over 30 miles, culminating in a spectacular view of the twin tidewater Sawyer Glaciers. Your captain will navigate as close as the ice floe allows, stopping for an extended stay at the face of the glacier. Watch for seals relaxing on the icebergs and bald eagles soaring above the cliffs. Learn about the natural history of the fjord, glaciers and the wildlife from our onboard naturalist. Gain insights into Tlingit Native culture. Enjoy a hot lunch during your journey. Overcast days will not dampen your enjoyment as clouds and mist only heighten the drama of the fjord and intensify the glacial blue color. The "M/V Keet" features two spacious levels with large windows for unobstructed views, heated cabins and a open upper deck.

JS#2 Juneau Icefield | Glacier Helicopter Tours

This tour 50-60 minutes flight time that enables passengers to view more of the immense Juneau Icefield when weather permits. This tour takes you deep into the Juneau Icefield and lands in one of our permitted areas. A large portion of the 1500 square mile Juneau Icefield may be observed enroute. Weather permitting an alternate route returning to the airport provides additional scenic possibilities. Our pilots provide custom flights. A 15-minute walk supplements the narrated flight over the glacier with our pilot/guide who can answer additional questions or will use your camera to take photos of you and your friends. We provide transportation to and from the ship docks or selected downtown locations as needed. An additional 45 minutes each direction for transportation and outfitting is required

JS#3 Admiralty Island | Windfall Harbor Bear Viewing

Fly by floatplane to Admiralty Island, home to the largest concentration of brown bear in the world. Kayak for a mile along the shore by Windfall Island and/or Pack Creek, the world-famous brown bear sanctuary. Sea kayak along the awe-inspiring Inside Passage. With the snow-capped Chilkat Mountains as a backdrop, you may see bald eagles, sea birds, seals and the occasional whale in the waters north of Juneau. You'll feel the exhilaration of seeing the world from the water's level. This active adventure tour gets you out and paddling. Our guides provide incredible insite into the natural environment surrounding you. No experience is necessary. We use stable two-person kayaks and provide you with spray skirts, life jackets, rain gear and boots and a hearty snack.

JS#6 Floatplane Flightseeing Tour | Salmon Bake

Board your float plane on downtown Juneau's waterfront for a scenic 45 minute flight over Juneau's 1,500 square mile icecap. View huge, jagged cracks and crevasses, cascading waterfalls and the beautiful blue color of glacial ice. Each guest enjoys a window seat to get unrestricted view of up to five magnificent glaciers. The flight is also narrated. For a unique adventure, add a wilderness salmon bake to your flightseeing tour at the historic (build 1923) Taku Wilderness Lodge. While enjoying your meal the hosts will entertain you with stories of the early day characters like May Joyce and her famous dog sled trip.... JS#7 Mendenhall River Rafting

An adventure awaits you as you paddle out onto Mendenhall Lake near the face of the majestic Mendenhall Glacier in the Tongass National Forest. Your journey takes you on an exciting ride down the Mendenhall River, which flows from the glacier. Glide across the iceberg-studded lake, marveling at the1.5-mile-wide glacier, and set course downstream. The six-mile route combines Class II and III whitewater. The rapids are perfectly safe, just exciting enough for beginners. Encounter river features such as Moon Flats and Pin Ball Alley. Where the river levels out, soak in the views of the riverbank, lush forests, and 7,000-foot mountains above the valley floor. Learn about the natural history of the river. Be on the lookout for bald eagles, black bears, otters and seals, and salmon during spawning season. Duration: 4-hours

JS#5 Juneau Icefield | Glacier Sled Dog Tour

For a "once in a lifetime" experience. You will be transported to the heliport where you will start this very special adventure. The helicopter flight is only one part of this legendary experience that includes flying over the Juneau Ice Field to the dog camp, a kennel tour and the dogsled ride. When you take off, glaciers are seemingly within arm's reach. A glacier-carved mountain panorama will unfold in front of your eyes as you embark on your flight to the camp. When you arrive at your destination, you will share this adventure with 80 Alaskan huskies and hear unique personal accounts of the Iditarod, back country experiences and have the opportunity to ask questions. JS#8 Juneau City Tour and Mendenhall Glacier Tour

Learn about Juneau's past and present as your motorcoach takes you through the new and historic part of downtown Juneau, Alaska's capital city. See the Governor's Mansion, Gold Creek Bassin, the State Capital Building, the St. Nicholas Historical Russian Orthodox Church, the Miners Museum and the Juneau Museum as well as Douglas Island with scenic views over the Gasitneau Channel and towards downtown Juneau. Stop at DIPAC Salmon Hatchery to learn about the life cycle of the salmon. The tour continues on to Mendenhall Glacier where you'll have time to view all the exhibits at the US Forest Service Visitor Center and Observatory, walk the trail to photo point, and just take in the magnificence of this glacier situated in Juneau's back yard.

JS#10 Glacier Trekking Tour

This trek is an Alaskan glacier adventure that includes four hours hiking and climbing over the rugged terrain of the glacier. Upon landing, the guide teaches the basics of glacier travel and then leads your group on an exploration of the most pristine and remote areas of the glacier. Opportunities for adventure photos abound as you are introduced to and practice basic climbing and rope techniques enabling you to safely climb and descend the ice walls. The amount of walking is extensive and often on steep terrain with some technical climbing. No previous experience is necessary however you should be comfortable hiking 3-4 miles over varied and sometimes steep terrain.
